Q- WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT 11X14 MINI ALBUM SHEET FOR?
A- Please view the video tutorial above that explains the mini albums, and especially the 11×14 sheet.

Q- WILL THESE TEMPLATES WORK IN Photoshop 7?
A- Yes, the templates work in all versions of Photoshop. (Yes, even elements.) In elements, you won’t have the drop down menu for creating a clipping mask. Just push Layer> Control G, and your photo will go right where it should.

Q- DO YOU HAVE PROSELECT TEMPLATES AVAILABLE?
A- Yes, all my templates are ProSelect ready when they are added to the site. Just email me after checkout and let me know you need those links as well. (You’ll get a friendly reminder about it too!)

Q- CAN I PRINT THE MINI ALBUMS LARGER THAN 5X5?
A- I wouldn’t recommend it, your image will lose too much resolution. If you want to print 8×8 or above, I would use one of the full size albums. (Those can be sized down to any size just fine.)

Q- WHEN DO I GET MY LINKS?
A- You’ll get your link automatically after your purchase. If you don’t see your link within a minute or two of your purchase, check your spam folder for an email from me. If it’s still not there, then send me an email and I’ll re-send them.

Q- HOW LONG DO THE DOWNLOADS TAKE?
A- The albums take anywhere from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on your internet speed. I host all files remotely with Amazon’s s3 servers, so any speed variation with downloads depends on your internet, and the general internet traffic. The minis and cards take anywhere from 5-15 minutes.

Q- WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE DOWNLOADING OR OPENING THE FILES?
A- Just email me. I can send the file to you with my back up system. (Yousendit.) Sometimes connections are fussy, and since my files are big because of so many layers, connections can time out and cause problems. Make sure your computer doesn’t go to sleep in the middle of the download, and it’s always best to download with a direct connection, rather than wireless internet.

Q- WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF USE?
A- You May:
~use these templates to create finished products for yourself or your photography clients. (Must be flattened jpgs)
~change colors/layouts/fonts/elements to meet the wishes of your photography client.
~use these templates to create samples for your studio, including online. (blogs, websites, etc.)
~use these templates to create printed promotional/marketing materials. (Not logos.)
~use these templates on your blog/website/splash page. (If there is any set/papers that aren%u2019t okay for website use, they%u2019ll specify that in the product description.)

You May NOT:
~use any part of my template in anything you are re-selling as a digital template in any way.
~sell/distribute/give away, or use these templates for anything other than their intended use as described above.
~use any of the images on my website to show examples. (I borrow the photos from other photographers, so I cannot allow use elsewhere.)
~DESIGNERS MAY NOT USE MY WORK IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.
